You may take whatever you want from inside the building; anything unnecessary may be left behind.

In this round we are selling a large batch of agricultural machinery and equipment as well as other chattels

Tractors, excavators, tractor excavators, lorries, trailers, Sisu Vetomestari, Valmet forestry machine, towed tower crane, combine harvester, old cars, trailers

All machines, tools and supplies from the workshop at once, all the movable property from a detached house at once, a large number of storages and shipping containers with contents that have not yet been examined in detail, so any kind of treasure may be found.

On Saturday 5/9 the items are located in Vesilahti and on Sunday 6/9 in Savikoski, Akaa

The receipt, collection instructions and street address will be sent by email immediately after payment.

The item can be inspected before placing a binding bid
The item is sold in the condition and with the accessories it has in the advertisement and at the time of sale
Items sold by auction are subject to the Sale of Goods Act unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the applicable condition assessment is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now for sale have been driven onto the site, but have been unused for a long time.

Please therefore prepare with adequate equipment when collecting, and for the possibility that they cannot necessarily be loaded by driving them on.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so there is grass and brush to contend with.

Collection from this site is more challenging and is best done with a tractor or excavator.

The sold item must be collected within 5 working days of the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time, we charge a storage fee of €250/day
