You may take whatever you want from inside the building; anything not needed may be left behind.

You may inspect the lot before placing a binding bid
The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time of listing and sale
Items sold by auction are subject to the Sale of Goods Act unless mandatory law states otherwise
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the condition assessment to be applied is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but have been unused for a long time.

Please therefore be prepared to collect them with suitable equipment and for the possibility that they cannot necessarily be loaded by driving them.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstacle

The lot must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time, we charge a storage fee of 250€/day
