The item will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 7.9.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 7.9.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period given. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must immediately after acceptance, on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after the bid has been accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the increment system.
