The online auction ends on 4 September 2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period ends on 4 September 2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 1 September 2026 at 12:00 to the address
