Ozonator output and the number of ozone plates and power supplies

40,000 mg/h: 4 double-sided ozone plates and 2 power supplies.

20,000 mg/h: 4 single-sided ozone plates and 1 power supply.

10,000 mg/h: 2 single-sided ozone plates and 1 power supply.

Ion output requires an ioniser unit inside the machine. The ozone plates do not produce it.

If the device you bought is said to produce negative ions, check that it has the ion-producing component inside, as shown in the last picture.

NOTE! Be careful when buying devices.

If there are 4 ozone plates, the ozone output is 20,000 mg/hour. The output of one plate

is 5,000 mg.

ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced in indoor air affect the destruction of light, positively charged particles floating in the air by attaching to them, after which the resulting larger and heavier molecule quickly settles down, away from the breathing zone.

Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds in the air, which are very harmful when inhaled from indoor air. Toxic compounds produced by various microbes and mixed into indoor air as aerosols = microbial toxins, create a very major health hazard if they enter the lungs unhindered and through them the bloodstream. Heavy microbial toxins that do not mix into the indoor air instead cause health harm only via spores, which are the producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative air ionisation is based on high concentrations.

When the device produces negative ions into the air in addition to ozone, the effect compared with ozone alone is 5-10 times better, and high concentrations also remove spores and odours effectively from porous materials, such as sofas and bedding.

Fine particles in indoor air pose a serious health risk in homes and workplaces.

Harmful fine particles travel with breathing into the lower part of the lungs (alveolar cells / alveoli), enter the bloodstream and cause serious health problems in addition to asthma and allergies.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation of the air work especially effectively in a building with positive pressure.

    Ozone and negative air ionisation together create compounds that can effectively remove microbial spores and various odours, for example drain gases, smoke odours, bacterial and mould-toxin odours, and stubborn odours caused by cooking and smoking.

    Ozone and negative ionisation of the air also remove fine particles and MVOC = Microbial Volatile Organic Compound and VOC = Volatile Organic Compound compounds from the air.

    Ozonation and negative air ionisation create pleasant indoor air that is easy to breathe, and people feel better in such a clean space.

Indoor-air ozonation cannot be carried out if people are present, because ozone is always produced in large quantities in order to destroy microbial spores.
