The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 20 August 2026 – 3 September 2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person making the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Agency's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system.
