Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask that you inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can also view additional products, of which our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

The goods will be handed over to the winning bidder, or to a third party by authorisation.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid.
