Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods in person, as the items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during that time you can also view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

Hand-over of the goods is to the highest bidder, or by proxy to a third party.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancelling a binding sale / non-payment of a winning bid
