If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks, and at the same time you can view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

Hand-over of goods to the winning bidder, or to a third party by authorisation.

For cancellation of a binding sale / unpaid bid, we charge damages of 10% of the sale price.
