Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks, and in the same visit you can also view additional products, of which our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

The item will be handed over to the successful bidder, or to a third party by proxy.

Damages fee for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid: 10% of the sale price.
