Unused Podofo GX35 4-stroke engine for sale. This is a direct replacement engine for, for example, multi-tools, brush cutters or trimmers with a compatible mounting.

Features:

• 4-stroke technology: Separate tanks for petrol and engine oil remove the need to mix 2-stroke fuel. A 4-stroke engine is typically quieter, runs more smoothly and produces fewer emissions than a comparable 2-stroke engine.

• Centrifugal clutch: When the engine is idling, the clutch is disengaged (no drive). As the revs increase, the clutch shoes grip the clutch drum and drive engages automatically.

NOTE - IMPORTANT COMMISSIONING INSTRUCTION: The engine is delivered from the factory completely without fluids. 4-stroke engine oil (approx. 1 dl) MUST be added before any starting attempt! Starting without oil will cause immediate seizure and engine damage.

Notes / defects / faults:

Internal and hidden defects:
A normal functional test cannot detect all internal, intermittent or later-emerging faults in the device. These may include, for example, component wear, heat-related faults, contact faults, battery deterioration or another fault that does not appear during a short test. The seller does not promise that the device is technically as new or completely free of hidden defects. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects if a fault appearing later already existed in the product at the time of handover, or if the product lasts substantially less than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information given. If a possible fault appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller the opportunity to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical item unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer must inspect the condition of the device, power cord, plug, mains adapter and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

Only the items and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the images as belonging to the sale item are included in the sale. Other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the images are not included unless separately stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. The exact collection time will be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking takes place through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery will be dispatched from us 1-2 working days after the item has been paid for.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In business-to-consumer sales, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing redress in accordance with the law.

A warranty is only provided if expressly stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects owed to the consumer.

A company buyer does not have a right of cancellation for distance sales under consumer protection law. Business-to-business sales are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
