22T pneumatic jack

It belongs to the group of point lifts, whose purpose is to raise a vehicle along a vertical axis. The lift operates with compressed air, which causes a rotating motion in the hydraulic pump, which in turn creates pressure in the hydraulic cylinder section. As the pressure rises, the actuator's telescopic section is pushed upwards. As the pressure drops, it lowers and moves downwards. Another important design element is the lift's length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles with hard-to-reach support points. Such lifts are equipped with wheels, which allow them to be moved over rough ground. There are also versions designed for portable use, which are much lighter and smaller, making them easy to transport in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the installed lubricator, friction between the interacting surfaces is reduced, which reduces wear and protects them from corrosion. Oil also often acts as a coolant.

These lifts are used in the maintenance of trucks, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional extensions that increase the lift height. Road wheels make transport easy.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for better working comfort.
