The cleaning effect of an ultrasonic cleaner is created by transmitting waves (invisible to the human eye) through the water containing the cleaning solution. This creates thousands of small cavitation centres (microbubbles), which then burst under the influence of the same sound waves. The penetration of the microbubbles causes local, rapid changes in pressure, which detach dirt particles (grease and other impurities) from the surface of the object. With this method, you can effectively clean all surfaces immersed in the machine without having to scrub or wipe away dirt.

When used with a suitable liquid, it is ideal for disinfecting all kinds of items.
