The sale includes only those products and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the images as belonging to the item for sale. Other items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the images are not included unless separately stated.

PICK-UP:
Weekdays 9.00–15.00. The exact collection time can be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check on collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking takes place via the Matkahuolto Parcels app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery is dispatched from us 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is put into use.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In business-to-consumer sales, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

A warranty is provided only if specifically stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the statutory liability for defects under law.
