Inspired by the illustrations in Moominland Midwinter, the Moomin Bridge backpack exudes friendship and peace. In addition to its striking appearance, the backpack is also safe in the dark: it has reflective fabric at the front, back and sides, so a walker wearing it is sure to be visible from every direction. The backpack has a capacity of 15 litres. It is unpartitioned inside; on the front there is a small and a large outer pocket for, for example, a phone and keys. The front panel also has an elastic fastening mesh. In addition, both sides of the backpack have mesh pockets, which are handy for storing a water bottle or umbrella. The shoulder straps are adjustable and padded, so the backpack is comfortable to wear.

Thanks to its design, the reflectors on this backpack are not conspicuous during the day, even though in the dark the backpack shines as strongly as a high-visibility vest. The reflective material of the backpack complies with EU standard EN 471 (high-visibility workwear). The reflective properties of the Moomin backpack are easy to compare with a practical example: high-visibility vests must have a reflectivity rating of at least 250, and this backpack's reflectivity rating is 340 - 388 depending on the angle from which the backpack is viewed. The Moomin backpack therefore reflects strongly and is visible from a distance.
