A striking Honda CR-V has arrived in Kamux's auction line-up, equipped with a reliable 2.0L petrol engine and four-wheel drive! The car is being sold for repair as the CVT automatic transmission has started to show slight symptoms, but this has no major effect on driving and a more detailed fault description is provided later in the listing. The car has just passed inspection and the next inspection is not due until 27/7/2027, so it comes with a year's inspection remaining! It looks great thanks to wind deflectors on the side windows, stylish black 17" summer wheels with rugged Toyo mud tyres, and a bull bar with an LED auxiliary light panel at the front. The rear windows are also tinted.

Defects and other observations

During the test drive we made the following observations:


  • The car was test-driven for about 30 minutes in mixed driving on urban roads/motorway/main roads, and the engine felt strong and the car seemed very pleasant in normal use. The interior controls worked and the air conditioning blows cold.

  • The car was inspected on 27/7/2026 and had only one repair advisory: rear fog light does not work, rear

  • The car vibrates lightly at 40-60 km/h when driving with a gentle throttle input. The differential oil has been changed, but it made no difference.

  • According to the workshop, it feels like the vibration comes from the torque converter. A flush and new oil in the gearbox might help.

  • There is a strong possibility that the torque converter needs replacing, but there is also a possibility of a gearbox fault.

  • There may possibly be a very small amount of play in the right front inner tie rod end.

  • The rear window wiper does not work; the motor hums but the blade does not move.

  • The car comes with 2 sets of tyres on their own rims. For summer, Toyo mud tyres with approx. 6.5 mm tread. For winter, Nokian Nordmans that are a bit old but have +7 mm tread.

  • The auction is valid for one week, so please come and inspect this item before the bidding ends!
