For sale is a Ligier JS50 moped car in road use and in working condition. We have had the car for about 6 years, used by two young people, and it has never once left us stranded.


This moped car has an economical Progress diesel engine, consumption about 3.5 - 4 l/100 km.


The car has been serviced regularly and on time, and brake callipers/pads replaced as needed.

Rear shock absorbers were renewed about two years ago.


The car has an engine heater, a socket for the cabin heater, and two good sets of summer and winter tyres.


Otherwise the car is fully functional, but shows signs of use.


With a small amount of work, this can still be a good everyday car.

Defects and other observations

  • The central locking has stopped working and, likely because of that, the boot does not open by pressing the release button. The door locks still work normally with the key.

  • The electric window on the front passenger side does not work.

  • There is a crack at the lower edge of the windscreen, which was already there with the previous owner, but it does not affect use in any way and is hardly visible.

  • The right rear corner has had a small impact once, and there are slightly glued cracks visible in the rear bumper.

  • The front bumper was broken at both lower edges when it came to us, but these have been repaired by plastic welding. The plastic welding on one edge is not quite perfect and is also slightly visible in the photos.

  • The faux leather on the outer edges of the seats is worn, but apart from this the interior is otherwise tidy.

  • There are no oil leaks and the car is otherwise in good mechanical condition. The left front brake calliper was replaced with a new one about 4 months ago.
