The Cube Step In Hot Tub, or just Cube among friends, has American-sized dimensions. Two metres by two metres means four square metres of splashing or relaxing space. Small children can even swim in this pool! Adults should put on swimming goggles, because there is room to splash, paddle and soak! And when the kids are sent off to the Sandman's care, the Cube can fit even the fathers and mothers of the whole neighbourhood and maybe grandma too, because this tub takes up to 12 people without any world-record attempts. Of course, you can indulge yourself by getting the Cube as a solo tub, where even the tallest bather can float without fear of their feet or head hitting the edge. So you can dive in in more than just the foetal position. The Cube is also a sure-fire hit for home parties, lifting the mood sky-high, because the Cube has no roof, so from the tub you can admire every season without limits.

In Hyvän Kaupan Paikka's hot tubs, summer is always hot and beautiful. In autumn you can admire the surrounding colours from the warm water. In winter you can defy the biting frost by wearing only a beanie and soaking in a soothing hot bath. In spring the hot tub offers a promise of the coming summer, as if you were getting an early start to summer already.

More bathing space without significantly higher water consumption

The Cube holds over 2,200 litres of water if you fill it to the brim. That is of course a bit unnecessary, because when eight or twelve bathers jump into the soothing warm water, a huge amount of water spills over the edge. We recommend filling it to around 1,800 litres, which is only a couple of hundred litres more than in a standard-sized tub. Even though Finland is a land of a thousand lakes and there is plenty of water, there is no need to turn the Cube into a geyser that erupts in your own yard. Estimating the right amount of water for the number of people is easy to learn.

The Step In step has many uses

You might not think that one plastic step could be so versatile, but it really is. We have designed the Step In step, which makes getting into the pool easier, specifically to suit the Cube. Naturally the step also makes getting out of the tub easier, but it also works as a seat for a smaller child when otherwise their head would sink below the surface. In use we have also found the step works excellently as an armrest, making the Cube a handy water recliner. The Step In solution makes the Cube a hot tub for all ages and helps people with reduced mobility bathe more easily. Tired limbs are easier to lower into the soothing warm water thanks to the Cube's Step In step.

In the Cube's design, the corners have been given special attention and sitting in the corner seats is not a matter of being cramped by the walls; instead, the backrests placed in the corners make them the most sought-after spots in the tub.

A cornucopia of choices

In Hyvän Kaupan Paikka's usual style, the customer is always right, and so we want to offer different options for the Cube's interior. You can choose the colour of the plastic tub from five different options and consider the placement of the Step In step in relation to the stove. And that's not all. You can also choose the outer cladding material from three different options and decide between black or grey for the cover colour. The pool colour range draws its inspiration from nature, with options including sea blue and lichen grey. All the colour schemes match and work well together.

Gentle warmth, efficiently

Our efficient marine aluminium Arctic stove heats the water to bathing temperature in a couple of hours. With 35 kilowatts of full power, the stove's marine aluminium is durable and conducts heat well. The stove is fitted with a beautiful glass door so that the wood-heated tub creates a lovely glow of fire around it and you do not need to open the door to check the fire.

The marine aluminium stoves included in Hyvän Kaupan Paikka's hot tub package are made in Finland. The high-powered stove is not even afraid of seawater, as it works with both fresh and salt water. Carefully considered material details make the stove a hot top product. The stove package includes two metres of chimney pipe and a rain cap, but if you want more pipe, a chimney protective grate or a spark guard, take a look at the accessory list.

Remember that chlorine is not recommended with marine aluminium, as chlorine starts to oxidise the marine aluminium. We recommend changing the water often enough and using active oxygen tablets (see the accessory list). Active oxygen oxidises the water for about a day, after which the water can also be used for watering, as it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children. Without oxidation, the water can easily start forming a slimy layer on the edges of the bath, but active oxygen prevents this process.

Turbocharged super stove!

The Cube can be supplied with an additional super-extra-crazy 50 kW stove, which gets your tub ready for bathing with almost a single heating cycle. With this turbocharged stove, a cubic metre of water heats up in winter in as little as an hour, and in summer naturally much faster. The three-pipe system improves water circulation between the stove and the tub. With this stove, even the drinks in the tub will not have time to cool down fast enough, but you are unlikely to hear any complaints about the tub heating up quickly.

Carefree plastic tub

The uniquely designed Cube tub body, focused on seating comfort, is made from moulded Jaxal polyethylene plastic. This plastic has memory, meaning it wants to keep the shape it was moulded into. The easy-care, carefree plastic tub stands the test of time excellently, which is why we dare to offer it a ten-year warranty.

Because the plastic tub has no moulded seams, dirt cannot collect in any particular places. However, remember to keep the pool surfaces clean when changing the water. This is easy to do with normal cleaning agents. The most careful users can occasionally clean the pool more aggressively, i.e. disinfect it, but remember to ensure proper treatment of wastewater.

Wood on the surface, insulation underneath – all Finnish quality

The Cube, made to order at Hyvän Kaupan Paikka's factory in Oulu, gets the finishing touch of beautiful wood on its surface. The Lunawood thermally modified wood used for the outer cladding improves as it ages. If you wish, you can apply wood preservative, wood oil or even paint, but without treatment the wood will grey beautifully over the years. Beneath the wooden shell beats the Cube's warm heart, as the tub is lined with thermoplastic insulation on the sides. Under the tub is a carefully made over 40 cm layer of EPS insulation, which keeps bottoms warm even in the hardest frost winters. The Cube is automatically a so-called winter model, but you will not be fined for using the tub in summer. At most, you will get a relaxed feeling and a more luxurious everyday life.
