The item will be sold by auction in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 11.8.2026 - 6.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 6.9.2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment system. The bid must be submitted no later than 3.9.2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to the address Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 11.8.2026 - 6.9.2026 at 15:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid is attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment tool. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement authority no later than 3.9.2026 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves in order to submit the bid.
