ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced in indoor air affect the destruction of light, positively charged airborne particles by attaching to them, whereupon the resulting larger and heavier molecule quickly settles down away from the breathing zone.

Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds in the air, which are highly harmful when breathed in from indoor air. Toxic compounds produced by several microbes and mixed into indoor air as aerosols = microbial toxins, pose a very serious health hazard if they enter the lungs unhindered and through them the bloodstream. Heavy microbial toxins that do not mix with indoor air, on the other hand, only cause health harm via spores, which are the producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative ionisation of air is based on high concentrations.

When the device produces negative ions into the air in addition to ozone, the effect compared with ozone alone is 5-10 times better, and high concentrations also effectively remove spores and odours from porous materials, such as sofas and bed linen.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation of air work especially effectively in a pressurised building.

    Ozone and negative ionisation of air together create compounds that can effectively remove microbial spores and various odours, for example sewer gases, smoke odours, bacterial and mould toxin odours, stubborn odours caused by food preparation and smoking.

    Ozone and negative ionisation of air also remove fine particles and MVOC = Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds and VOC = Volatile Organic Compounds from the air.
