The lift door panels can be extended with separate sections, and the motor can lift the door up to 6-8 m.

The door was installed new in 11/2013.

Regularly serviced (4/2026) and in working order.

Directly from tenant use. The lift door has a quiet motor for opening and closing.

Can be said to be like new.

The buyer must dismantle the door by 15/08/2026.

Alternatively, the door can be dismantled for the buyer for €500.

If the buyer chooses to take the door dismantled, it can be collected either on the afternoon of the dismantling day or, if needed, stored free of charge in a cold outdoor storage for 1 week from the dismantling day.

The buyer is responsible for reinstallation of the door and the statutory commissioning inspection required with it. The buyer is also responsible for any repairs/servicing needed during reinstallation.

The product is used and sold in its current condition. The door is sold/dismantled fully operational.

The door is straight and has no significant marks/impacts. There are normal signs of use.

The sale price does not include VAT.

The buyer must themselves verify the usability of the structures and parts.
