The seller does not promise that the device is technically like new or completely free of hidden faults. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects if a fault that appears later existed in the product at the time of delivery, or if the product lasts substantially less than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information given. If a fault appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller an opportunity to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

The sale includes only the products and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the pictures as belonging to the item for sale. Any other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the pictures are not included unless separately stated.

PICK-UP:
Weekdays from 9.00 to 15.00. The exact pick-up time can be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is done via the Matkahuolto Packages app. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery is dispatched from us 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported promptly to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a fault in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In transactions between a company and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and for the remedy required by law.

A warranty is provided only if specifically stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the consumer’s statutory defect liability.

A business buyer does not have the right of cancellation under consumer protection law for distance sales. Sales between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
