Notes / defects / faults:
No faults were observed in a standard functionality check carried out when the listing was prepared, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The device is, as a rule, functional. However, not all features, functions, ports or long-term reliability may have been tested in detail. Functionality mentioned in the listing means the device worked during the seller's reasonable functionality check. Any faults and defects known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:

The seller does not promise that the device is technically like new or completely free of hidden defects. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a fault appearing later existed in the product at the time of handover, or if the product lasts substantially less time than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a fault appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and allow the seller to inspect the device before opening, repairing or modifying it.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. The exact collection time will be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check upon collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is handled via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery will be dispatched from us within 1-2 working days of payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receiving it. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the transport company. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before disposing of the packaging or starting to use the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or discarding the product. In business-to-consumer sales, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

A warranty is provided only if separately stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the consumer's statutory rights in relation to defects.
