ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced into indoor air cause light, positively charged particles in the air to clump together; the formed larger and heavier particles fall quickly out of the breathing zone.

Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds in the air that are harmful when inhaled. Toxic compounds produced by many microbes, which mix into the indoor air as aerosols, form a massive health hazard when they reach the lungs and then the bloodstream. Heavy microbial toxins that do not mix into the indoor air cause health harm mainly via spores, which are the producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative ionisation is based on high concentrations.

When the device produces negative ions in addition to ozone, the effectiveness is 5–10 times better compared with ozone alone, and high concentrations remove spores and odours effectively also from porous materials, for example sofas and bedding.

Fine particles in indoor air pose a serious health risk in homes and workplaces.

Harmful fine particles travel with inhalation to the lower parts of the lungs (alveoli) and into the bloodstream and cause serious health problems in addition to asthma and allergies.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation are particularly effective in an over-pressurised building.

    Ozone and negative ionisation together create compounds that can effectively remove microbial spores and various odours, for example sewer gases, smoke odours, bacterial and mould toxins, and stubborn cooking and smoking odours.

    Ozone and negative ionisation also remove fine particles and MVOC (microbial volatile organic compounds) and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) from the air.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation create a pleasant, easy-to-breathe indoor air that is healthy to occupy.

    Ozone and negative ionisation together produce very clean indoor air also for workspaces.

Indoor air ozonation cannot be carried out while people are present, because ozone is produced massively to destroy microbial spores.
