Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of typical condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is in a condition equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Fair: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but they may be slightly stiffer, e.g. on the office chair. Often an older model and upholstery faded compared with new, but functioning—classified as fair.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff, e.g. on the office chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.
