• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later refer to matters that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple bids, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and fees” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Overstay charges are €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
