For sale for dismantling in Jyväskylä (Seppälä): 1 electrically operated sectional door in good condition, opening dimensions approx. 4,000 mm (W) x approx. 4,600 mm (H).

The door was installed new in November 2013. Regularly serviced and operational.

Directly from the tenant's use. The sectional door also includes a curtain blower and a motor for raising and lowering.

The buyer must dismantle the door by 9 August 2026.

Alternatively the door can be dismantled for the buyer for EUR 500. If the buyer chooses to take the door dismantled, the removed door can be collected either on the afternoon of the dismantling day or, if necessary, stored free of charge for 1 week from the dismantling date in a cold outdoor storage.

The buyer is responsible for the reinstallation of the door and the statutory commissioning inspection carried out in connection with it. The buyer is also responsible for any repairs/maintenance required during reinstallation.

The item is used and sold as seen. The door is sold/dismantled fully operational.

The door is straight and has no significant marks/dents. Normal signs of use are present.
