Terms of sale

The item will be sold in an online auction on the site www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 24 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment term. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written offer must be submitted no later than 20 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves well with the item for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents before making a bid.

The item can be collected after payment of the purchase price. Collection must be agreed separately with Enforcement Inspector Soile Hakanpää.
