Four-zone Electrolux induction hob that’s easy to use

• Easy-to-use touch controls. Touch controls make precise temperature adjustments and option selection effortless. The hob has no protruding buttons or switches, making the smooth glass surface very easy to wipe clean. You can even wipe spills while cooking thanks to a control lock that prevents accidental changes. The hob also has a child lock you can activate to prevent children switching zones on.

• Four cooking zones in three different sizes

• Boost function for extra power. The induction hob has four zones in three sizes: two 145 mm zones, one 180 mm zone and one 210 mm zone. Zones feature a booster that can be used to speed up heating. For example, to bring a large amount of water to the boil quickly, use this function. After about ten minutes the zone returns to the highest normal power level.

• Lock functions and residual heat indicator. The hob provides peace of mind after cooking. If you forget to switch it off, an automatic safety shut-off will take care of it. After cooking, a residual heat indicator also shows if a zone is still hot so you don’t burn your fingers on a hot hob.
