The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
