Hydraulic pump with gearbox. Male shaft suitable for a tractor PTO.

Gearbox:

- For series 3 gear pumps

- Ratio 1:3.8

- Power capacity 20 kWh

Hydraulic pump:

- Group 3

- Displacement 63 cm³/rev

- Connections: Suction: G 1 1/4"  Pressure: G 1"

- Pump continuous pressure max 200 bar; intermittent pressure 230 bar (1/3 duty).

Flow at different tractor engine speeds, with PTO at 540 rpm:

- 800 rpm: Flow 52 l/min

- 1500 rpm: Flow 97 l/min

- 2000 rpm: Flow 129 l/min

Gearboxes are delivered without oil.

Before commissioning, fill with SAE 90 oil to the sight glass level; change oil after approx. 50 h.

Thereafter, change approx. once a year.

The following actions are required when installing a new hydraulic pump:

• The hydraulic oil must be absolutely clean before the new pump is commissioned.

• Drain the hydraulic system and clean the tank and suction strainer.

• Replace the filter and fill with clean oil.

• Bleed the pump and reset the relief valve.

• Run the pump unloaded for 30 minutes and then increase the load gradually until the machine manufacturer's recommendation is reached.

• Do not expose the drive shaft to prohibited axial or radial forces.

• Use only purpose-designed O-rings when connecting the pump. Check the rotation direction.

• Pressure and suction lines must be sized for the actual flow.

• Check the relief valve setting with a pressure gauge.
