The furniture is tidy, sturdy and ready for use. The upholstery is in good condition and the overall appearance is very smart.

The sofa shows features of an older frame, such as slotted screws, so it may have been reupholstered previously. The work has been done neatly, and the result is of good quality both in appearance and in use. Slight surface dirt/dust.

❗ Uncollected items incur a storage fee of €35 per day charged without exception from the first working day after the pickup deadline.

We will regard the lot as cancelled if the costs exceed the hammer price.
