PICKUP:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. Exact pickup time can be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at pickup that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer must ensure their name, phone number, email and delivery address are up to date. Dispatch from us within 1–2 working days after payment.

The buyer should inspect the shipment immediately on receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. Document the packaging and damage with photos before discarding the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect differing from the listing, they should contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, altering, repairing or discarding the product. In business‑to‑consumer sales the seller is primarily responsible for investigating and remedying any defect in accordance with the law.

Warranty is provided only if explicitly stated in the item description. Lack of warranty does not remove the statutory liability of the seller to consumers.
