Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as‑is at the time of sale and there is no right to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you may also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a cancellation/non‑payment compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase or for an unpaid bid.
