Ready-made sauna made from 70 mm planed logs, Isokyrö

For sale: a ready-to-use "log" sauna from our (light) use, ready for steam. External dimensions are 2.10 m × 4.10 m. The building is made from 70 mm planed logs. Much of the material, including the door, windows and stove, is recycled. The subfloor has 50 mm Finnfoam insulation; the floors are board constructions. In the sauna there is a wet-room mat raised 100 mm up the walls. The changing room has a vinyl floor. The windows are fixed double thermal glass. The roof contains approximately 125 mm mineral wool (Villa) insulation with machine-seamed metal roofing. The benches are made from solid glued laminated timber. Walls and ceiling have an oil-wax finish; the benches additionally have a paraffin-oil finish. The internal door is a sliding door on rails. The stove, little used in its previous life, is from 2004 — these are no longer made — a 26 kW Viki stove. The sauna heats up in practice in just over half an hour with a good load of wood. Water and electricity are portable, so currently there is only battery-powered LED lighting. The structure is estimated to weigh 2,500–3,000 kg, so a crane truck is required to move it. The item can be viewed and even used for a sauna by arrangement. For foundations, six concrete pier blocks are sufficient at minimum.
