The door was installed new in Nov 2013. Regularly serviced and in working order.

The buyer must dismantle the door by 1 August 2026.

Alternatively, the door can be dismantled for the buyer for EUR 500 including VAT. If the buyer chooses to take the door already dismantled, the dismantled door can be collected either on the dismantling day in the afternoon or, if necessary, stored free of charge for 2 weeks from the dismantling day in an unheated outdoor storage.

The buyer is responsible for the door's reinstallation and for the statutory commissioning inspection required upon reinstallation. The buyer is also responsible for any repairs/maintenance required during reinstallation.

The product is used and sold as seen. The door will be sold/dismantled fully operational.

The door is straight and has no significant marks or dents. There are normal signs of use.

The sale price does not include VAT.
