For sale for dismantling in Jyväskylä (Seppälä): one (1) electric, good-condition sectional door for an opening of approximately 4,000 mm (W) x approx. 3,000 mm (H). NOTE: There are 5 doors available; they are sold one (1) at a time.

The door was installed new in November 2013. Regularly maintained and in working order.

Directly from the tenant's use. The door includes a door curtain blower and a motor for raising and lowering.

The buyer must dismantle the door by Saturday 1 August 2026.

Alternatively, the door can be dismantled for the buyer for €500 including VAT. If the buyer chooses to take the door dismantled, the dismantled door can be collected either on the afternoon of the dismantling day or, if necessary, stored free of charge for 1 week from the dismantling day in a cold outdoor storage.

The buyer is responsible for reinstallation of the door and the statutory commissioning inspection associated with it. The buyer is also responsible for any repairs/maintenance required at reinstallation.

The item is used and sold as seen. The door will be sold/dismantled in fully operational condition.

The door is straight and has no significant marks/dents. There is normal wear and tear.

The sale price does not include VAT.

The buyer must independently verify the suitability of structures and parts.
