PICKUP:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. Exact pickup time will be arranged separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at pickup that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available via the Matkahuolto "Paketit" app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Dispatch leaves us 1–2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported promptly to the seller and the carrier. Document packaging and damage with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In business-to-consumer sales the seller is primarily responsible for investigating and legally remedying any defect.

A warranty is only provided if explicitly stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller's statutory liability to consumers.
