PICK-UP:

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer must ensure their name, phone number, email and delivery address are up to date. Dispatch occurs 1–2 working days after payment from us.

The buyer should inspect the parcel immediately on receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. Document the packaging and damage with photos before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a fault that differs from the listing, they should contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, altering, repairing or disposing of the product.
