Under the Sale of Goods Act the condition assessment applied is the auction starting price.

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For each additional day we charge a storage fee of €50/day and if storage fees exceed the sale price the ownership of the item reverts to the seller.
For items not collected we will charge 20% of the hammer price in accordance with our terms, however at least €200 excluding VAT.
Loading assistance with a forklift is available.
Delivery can also be arranged via a haulage company at the buyer's expense.
