• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items are taken from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been checked by an inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of item Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Offers are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has a separate collection fee; if you have several winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before you buy. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the item, possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed, inspected or uninspected.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price and any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before making an offer.

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
