Items come straight from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding: Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any issue that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from an estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
