This is a partly completed commissioned project tow truck that was started being welded last year for hobby use but was left unfinished due to lack of time. All found parts in the cab have been welded; some areas still need grinding and filler. Last summer it was driven for about 200 km without problems, and engine oil, filters, air filter and cabin filter were changed.

Remaining work includes welding the edges of the deck (work already started), likely fixing lights, renewing wiring, replacing hydraulic hoses as the old ones look poor, and repairing a hydraulic oil leak at the grille. Batteries were replaced last summer but, after standing over winter, the main power switch broke and the batteries drained; it did start and was moved on auxiliary power. The level control was left in the upper position so one rear airbag came off, but it is included and the vehicle can still be driven/moved as is. Expect fiddly repairs typical of an old workhorse. Gears are present and the hydraulics work if oil is added; two hydraulic winches etc. have been tested and work, and the supports, deck, grille and brakes seem to operate for the use it has had.
