At low speed and at idle there is a whirring/whining noise (see and listen to the videos); we have not investigated this further. Based on a test drive the car otherwise felt good: the engine pulls well and the gearbox seems to operate as it should.

 

Additionally, the car failed its MOT because the type plate was missing. A new type plate has now been fitted. Only the summer tyres need replacing with better ones before the next MOT. Driving permission is valid until 1 August 2026.

 

Service history is well documented: the electronic service book runs up to 2019, and there are some paper records for later work. A recent significant service was a transmission oil change using a flushing method at a workshop; a receipt for this work is available in the photos.

During a short test drive we made the following observations

  • At idle and low speed there is a whirring/whining noise (see videos); we did not investigate this further

  • Otherwise the car seemed to operate normally, e.g. with regard to the gearbox

  • For the MOT the summer tyres must be replaced

    The car has not undergone a technical condition inspection by us and not all features have been tested. There may be hidden faults that we did not detect during the test drive. You are welcome to inspect the car in more detail before placing a binding bid.
