PICKUP:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. Exact pickup time can be agreed separately if needed. Buyers are asked to check at pickup that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available via the Matkahuolto “Paketit” app. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Dispatch from us occurs 1–2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer should inspect the shipment immediately on receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported to the seller and the carrier without delay. Photograph the packaging and damage before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a fault differing from the listing, they should contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, altering, repairing or disposing of the product. In business‑to‑consumer sales the seller is primarily responsible for investigating and remedying any defect in accordance with the law.

Warranty is provided only if explicitly stated in the item description. Lack of warranty does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects.
