Defects and other observations

Sold (VAT included) 4x4 Vito due to loss of confidence in the vehicle. I’m only human and I have my limits. Today I was at Motonet and the van wouldn’t start. The ECU has been repaired twice with the same symptom, so the ECU is likely failing again — the repairs haven’t lasted. It could also be the starter, the ignition lock, or something else; who knows. After some attempts in the Motonet car park it finally started and I drove to Piltemania where it ran fine. I also tried it at the workshop and it started there too. You can drive it away from here. It has been left outside today only because of lack of confidence. I haven’t read any fault codes. Oh, they recently did an airbag repair/recall on the vehicle and it started acting up immediately afterwards — perhaps they disturbed something. I won’t drive it anymore so it doesn’t break further; someone brave and optimistic can drive it away. Under brisk acceleration there is a slight vibration for a short time — not throughout the whole acceleration and not when setting off gently. I don’t know what it is. Small vibrations haven’t been given time or care. The vehicle is roadworthy.
