Helkama AX is Helkama's newest moped model, introduced in the late 1980s.

The moped replaced Helkama's previous model, the Helkama Raisu.


At the time the AX was advanced, featuring a comprehensive instrument panel (speed & rev counter), Grimeca brakes (powerful 220 mm hydraulic disc at the front and a mechanical drum at the rear)

CDI ignition, mechanical water pump, powerful headlight and a 12‑volt electrical system.
