The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair's upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair's upholstery may have a few small stains or a slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be somewhat stiffer (e.g. in a chair). Often an older design with upholstery faded from new, but still functional — such an office chair is classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: An office chair's upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff, e.g. in a chair.

Winning lots must be collected within one week of the successful bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately. 

After this we charge a €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed. 

Detailed collection instructions will be emailed after the auction ends.
