The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that a furniture item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of conditions that apply to all items:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: A desk chair's upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: A desk chair's upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. on a chair). Often an older model and faded upholstery compared with new, but a functioning chair is classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: A desk chair's upholstery is noticeably dirty or worn and the base scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on a chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the auction being won. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, its delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50 per day, unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pickup instructions will be sent by email after the auction ends.
