The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 13 July 2026 and 3 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 3 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functioning. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment feature. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 30 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: 21240000726).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the notified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must pay the full purchase price without delay into the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account after the offer is accepted. Detailed payment instructions will be given to the buyer when the offer is accepted. If the purchase price is not paid within the specified period, statutory late interest under section 4(1) of the Interest Act will accrue on the entire purchase price until it is paid or a new sale has been carried out. The late interest rate is currently 9.5%.
